Get a $100 Mail-In Rebate when you buy DIRECWAY!

Receive $100 by mail when you buy a new DIRECWAY DW7000 OR DW7000-98 satellite system and activate a new DIRECWAY service account. Product and service must be purchased between 4/1/06 and 6/30/06 directly from DIRECWAY, or at participating retailers and authorized DIRECWAY dealers. DIRECWAY service must be activated by 6/30/06.

How to Qualify:

• Sign up and purchase DIRECWAY "HOME", "Professional", "Small Office", or "Business Internet" service plans between 4/1/06 and 6/30/06 and activate the service prior to 6/30/06.
• DIRECWAY service must remain active for a minimum of 31 days.
• $100 mail-in rebate applies only to new DIRECWAY subscribers. New activations on used equipment do not qualify.
• This rebate cannot be combined with any other rebate or offer.

How to Claim your Rebate:

• Download the rebate form from http://www.rebate.direcway.com. Only original forms will be accepted.
• Print and complete the rebate form by following the instructions on the form.
• Print a copy of your first two DIRECWAY invoices.
• Go to www.myDIRECWAY.com and, if you are not already a member, please register.
• Choose "Billing & Invoices" at the bottom of the page.
• In the window that appears, click "Invoice Administration" from the menu at the left and then "View Invoices."
• Select and print the invoices that correspond with the rebate promotion period. IMPORTANT: Your first invoice will be generated and posted online within (1) day of date of activation. Your second invoice will be generated and posted online one (1) month after your date of activation.
• Send the rebate form and a copy of the invoices to the address below. Handwritten or altered documents will not be accepted. All submissions must be received by November 30, 2005.
